Lynn is a longtime ad agency executive with a love for beauty. She's been fortunate to work on many iconic brands, including the Gillette Venus global marketing launch, Clinique global, L'Oreal Natural Match launch and St. Ives. She has done lots of other categories too including American Express, Hershey's, Campari, and Nestle. . . She loves building teams, reinventing cultures and disruption.
On this episode Lynn will share her story about how she began her advertising career due to her speedy typing skills. And how from her first position in the advertising world how she then was able to use that experience as a springboard to excel to work at several other ad agencies. Then shifting now to becoming an entrepreneur using her advertising and brand building experience in her role as co-founder of Masami. Lynn will share how she found out about Masami and how her involvement grew into becoming Masami’s co-founder.
